Unicorn gear sold bound?

I bought 2 random pieces of the unicorn seal trader, and the tool tip say bind on equip but they are sold bound.

    It was rings, one was slavemaster and the other was undeath, i bought them as CW

    Seal rings, necks & I think belts are bind on pick-up even though it says bind on equip.

    You can't trade it / sell it on the AH once you buy it... same as bound on pick-up.

    That is odd.

    It looks to be specific to Unicorn Seal rings and belt and across all classes. The Drake Seal ones are as normal, BoE.

    Guess its just a typo on the tool tip of the trader, at least they cost 40 seals each, and not 80 like drake.
