Patching Blues & steps to help over come them

After having minor difficulty myself I want to try help fix or find away to get others at least playing.
If you have any tips or tricks to help please drop a reply with what worked for you.
I'm currently playing with version: "NW.1.20130416a.47" this is after finnishing the 1.5 gig patch, I would love to know what files I could share via Torrent so others could maybe get to this point >.>
The other Patch I noticed was about 3 gig "NW.3.20130529a.3" or .30 at the end, now for me it stopped a little before 50% and I haven't seen it since.
If the Dev's would like to chime in and maybe give us a nudge in the right direction officially or unofficially it would be appreciated.
