First Off: I LOVE the current game, and the way the Developers are constantly tweaking it to get balance issues down. Keep up the great work!
That said, I have a suggestion on a Paragon Feat Path, that I feel would greatly add to the immersion and RP capability of this game. A Runemaster Paragon Feat Tree. As it currently stands, you have the exact same chance of successfully fusing Runes/Enchantment as every other character, and the same chance of losing a Rune/Enchantment with a failure.
What the Runemaster Paragon Feat Tree would provide, is a means to increase the chance of Fusing Runes/Enchantments and/or Reduce the Chance of Losing a Rune/Enchantment with a failure.
Now, these could work in several ways:
First Concept: Each Feat point would reduce the chance for failure when Fusing Runes/Enchantments, something like this: 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% or 10%/20%/30%/40%/50%.
Second Concept: Each Feat Point gives you a percentage chance of not losing a Rune/Enchantment when failing to Fuse. I would suggest something like 15%/30%/45%/60%/75% or a 20%/40%/60%/80%/100% Feat progression. (Personally, I would prefer something with a small chance regardless of failure, but I am not normal in that regard, say a 18%/36%/54%/72%/90% or 19%/38%/57%/76%/95% progression)
Third Concept: My preferred option: A hybrid of the two above, where you get a reduced percentage of failure when Fusing for each Feat Point spent, and you get a reduced chance of losing a Rune/Enchantment on a Failure..
Input from others out there as to this suggestion are greatly appreciated, and any input from devs on the concept even moreso.
