1589mb patch problem!

When logging out of Neverwinter I keep getting this patch starting up and continuing. Have now left it download and install twice, it does not come up when logging into the game only when I log out of the game. I am beginning to think its a bug or some kind and was wondering if anyone else is also having this? Only started yesterday (as far as to my knowledge) and only after the 100mb or so patch which was done earlier in the week.

no were near as bad as my friends problem it keeps making him reinstall this huge patch at start up
