is it +3% of the gear stat, or a raw 3% to the bonus?
that is, is it:
a. 1000 recovery will be boosted to 1030...resulting in a negligible increase in bonuses
or
b. +3% CD reduction and AP gain regardless of recovery stat
Tested that one fora ya just now. It does exactly what it says in Feat's description. Boosts ratings. Those are listed in char screen below GEAR SCORE and above OFFENSIVE AND HEALING.
The way I'd interpret that... It affects raw numbers in your primary statistics. Those numbers later contribute to your effectiveness on the field.
I see. that's a shame. 3% in those stats don't end up amounting to much after endgame diminishing returns =/

I'm level 35 at the moment so I really wouldn't know, but it seems to me your statement might not be entirely correct or at least it would depend on the rate at which that diminishing returns come.
And in my own humble opinion the buff adds a little to every stat that has anything to do with your character's performance. Overall, I believe this is Feat actually has the best return of investment of them all. At least so far. Unless ofc, you're looking for a dedicated build that will shine in w/e part of the game you like the most.

That is one mouthful of a word. I had to look it up.
1. Performance of or skill in performing magic or conjuring tricks with the hands; sleight of hand.
2. A show of skill or deceitful cleverness.
In DD it's a low level spell which allows you to do simple tricks like making a sound or lighting your cigaret. Not powerful but useful !
Actually I think Prestidigitation is not so bad, you don't hit the cap of every stat. Spread over all party it's not bad but it depends on many variables... I think it's a good choice for lazy people : gives a bonus while doing nothing !
