Destroyer -- WMS/WS...?

Am I missing something? I have been recently playing my GWF a lot more. I have read through several builds and guides to come up with a somewhat unique build that seems to fit my play style. However, I don't here many people talking about going up the Destroyer tree, but dropping Reaping Strike for Wicked Strike. I just read a post talking about how bad the upcoming GWF changes are for Destroyer, because Reaping Strike is not getting a dmg increase. But for someone like me, who is only going to get faster CD's, and a dmg increase to Wicked Strike, what is going to be WORSE?? I don't quite get it.

I feel my current build is good. I have never had any trouble with single player content. Never been out DPS'd by any class, I mean never, in any dungeon. Does no one else already just skip the reaping strike feat and use WMS/WS for their at wills in the Destroyer tree?

People in the internet just repeat what other people in the internet says. Destroyers don't get nerfed in fact they get buffed by a second in combat using skills to get more action points and spam slam in mobs. You don't necessarily need Reaping strike imo. Some people like but hell I don't, I won't ever use Reaping strike until they change it to release automatically once its full.

Destroyer spec is basically spam WMS and look for opportunities to use RS. RS is not your go to and frankly I don't use it in rotation. It is a good power but more like an extra encounter power to be used when the situation presents itself. The more you use it, the more you will see the situations occurring. WS is not bad and I tried it for a while but I feel WMS is generally better and they overlap too much.

RS is pretty situational but it does encounter damage and when it's good, it's really good.
