Looking for a casual raiding guild on Dragon

Right now I am in a guild, but they are a very much a do nothing guild, no social interaction or groups or events, pretty much what I am not looking for.
I have both a lvl 60 GWF 9.5k GS and a CW 9.2k GS
what I am really looking for is a guild of good ppl who are active, I prefer T1+.
But I will of course help anyone, Foundries, Delves, dungeons etc.
and is in EST like me, would b a plus too.
