Discarding seals from inventory problem

Hi
I have 4 Seals of the Lion in 1 slot and 3 Seals of the Drake in another slot in my main bags inventory. They are bound, cannot be sold, and dragging to discard is not allowed either. They cannot be put into the Riches/wealth slots inventory section where seals are stored. I can move them to bank slots only.
Nor do they work as seals. I have 28 Seals of the Lion in the normal riches/wealth tab, however the Seal Vendor will allow me to buy a 25 seal item but not a 30 seal item, so the 4 Seals of the Lion in the main inventory don't 'count'.
Anyone have any bright ideas on how to lose these seals and free up bags/bank slots?
