We have had many people prove at this point that Crit severity or player damage buffs do not affect the damage of the bleed once it is stacked. So why then does a ticking bleed steal an overrun critical stack? It does absolutely nothing to the bleed damage, it just makes our end tier feat nearly worthless. This is probably not a bug, just a bad implementation, but it is a pretty serious thing. Especially with the upcoming rogue changes that already nerf our damage by at least 50% (Bleed ticks are half as frequent = 30-40% nerf to overall damage. Deadly momentum is being reduced by 60% CS, which is worth something near 30% dps at the very very least).
First time playing a game from cryptic, as far as i can see the devs are pretty pathetic. Senseless and overboard nerfs, i mean they are obviously catering to the carebears. But this is just sad, just looking at the changes shows that they have put no real thought into it.
