Are there any rules for creating a neverwinter forum?

They Everyone,

I was thinking of hosting my own Neverwinter forums, similar to EQ2flames.com. Is this allowed? I don't want to put work into it and get a cease and desist letter for no reason...

Here are some things I KNOW I can't put on there:

-Ability for people to sell accounts
-Ability for people to post exploits


Could anyone suggest anything else I could not provide on the site? Please provide useful information and contribute.

    You can put whatever forum you want with whatever rules you want that won't break law and thats it.
    You can have even a forum for detailed exploit usage if you want and they won't do anything about it but considering the face that you want bigger community there, you probably wont do it.

    Hell for all anyone cares, you could just copy/paste this forum rules and use them for your own.
