I bought a zen companion and had a question

so I bought Galeb Dhur and used him with my new cleric. If I delete my cleric do I loose Galeb Dhur? or can I somehow save him for another character? Can I move it to another character if I don't delete my cleric? Thanks

    No you can't move the Galeb Dhur, sorry. He will be lost upon deletion

    You are supposed to be able to unbind companions with astral, but I think the feature isn't currently working.

    not sure on how it is on companions but mounts are for every char when bought for zen

    just make a new char and check it out, then you will know

    I'm not sure if that's accurate i know that's the case with founder packs but i don't have my mount on the alt while i bought it on my main, i bought one for 4000 Zen

    This. Need to wait for miracle patch notes mentioning fix for this.

    Once your alt gets the quest Giddy-Up to get a mount, you can visit the Zen store merchant and the mount will be there, free to claim. Mounts are per account, Companions per character.

    The Zen mounts are account-wide, but the companions are only for one character. Deleting the character will also delete the companion.
