Test server respecs screwup.

Respecs on test server aren't available. One of the basic needs for people to test out new stuff or changes is a respec. And somehow those brilliant dev's didnt put in the option to respec on the test server.

Seriously ? Did the spacecake tasted good ??? Or was it the xtc ?
Really start to wonder if theres any common sense in some of the actions from Cryptic.
