Shocking Execution: reduced by 60%. - TYPO

This must be a typo, so it should be corrected before going live. It should be 6%, right? There is no way an ability should be nerfed for 60%. It's gotta be a typo. Right? Right?

    Reread it. Base damage was reduced by 60%. Take off every piece of gear, then the damage it shows was reduce by 60%. After you add in gear, it is not a huge change.
