1) Shard spell still only crits when it is allowed to explode, as opposed to inducing the explosion by running it through two or more enemies.
2) With that said, when it does crit with a stack of Arcane Mastery, it can get over 10k damage. Seems that all Shard damage is now considered arcane.
3) Still does not gain action points consistently.
IMO spell is still under-powered because of the effect of item 1 (above). Please oh please let this be a bug and not by design.
