R-click->Inspect Box = still wants a key

The only box (or lockbox) I know of is the Nightmare Lockbox. When I select "Inspect Box" in the right-click menu I'm presented a dialog to purchase keys. Are there other Lockboxes where "Inspect Box" doesn't require a key?

Edit: Nevermind. I just compared this in the OB version and see "Inspect Box" isn't even in the menu.
