[Bug] High General Set

The high general set still has an unlisted internal cooldown on the proc. Either that or it has a horrible proc chance (it states whenever you land a crit, but this is clearly not the case.

The tier one set Knight Captain's has a much stronger bonus than the tier two, intended?

    Totally. Seems to be on a 60 sec cool down from what ive seen attacking the dummys. While the bonus is kinda meh compared to the other T2, it might be nice in GG if it buffs across the entire 20 players in group.
