How can I complete all quests?

Few hours ago I complete the last quest in Whispering Caves and "what is next". I know about Epic dungeons etc. , but can I complete for example quest in Chams or do lower lvl skirmishis or dungeons. I have them block because, when I was there I get to high level. It is any possibility how to complete them? And second question is, when I came back to sgt. Knox to tell him that i complete Whispering caves, he only give me 450 exp and say good bye. It is all?

are you asking if you can go back to dungeons after your past recommended level ?.

If you saw the completed quest banner and received Exp from completing the quest then that's it, just keep an eye out to see if there is a glowing chest laying around also
