Game crashes when I leave the foundry and pvp zones.

So whenever I leave the foundry or pvp my game crashes and sometimes even when I zone into a new area. I have disabled on demand patching, set the game permissions in the firewall, uninstalled and re-installed the game. I am not sure what to do at this point. I am running windows 7 and my computer specs are decent but not the best. Any help would be great. The game worked perfect until last week after that last patch so I'm not sure if it has something to do with that or my computer.
