Sun Burst not doing Knockback

Ive seen other clerics use the knockback skill. But when I use Sun Burst all it does is heal. It doesn't knock back any of the enemies surrounding me.

How do I fix this?

    Sunburst does only knockback when you are in Divine Mode (TAB) else it has a really weak not even noticable small knockback
