Unusable Mount After Respec

I had been using my 80% mount, a Medium Pharaoh Steed. It was in my #6 slot, though I was unmounted at the time this happened. I bought a respec token and used it. After I entered my new spec, I tried to mount up, but I kept getting the error message "You cannot use this power." I used a 50% mount, and it worked just fine.

I submitted a ticket on 5/31, but have yet to hear back nor have the item fixed/replaced. After numerous relogs, restarts, item moving (into bank, out of bank, changing bags), my 80% mount still does not work.

Any help appreciated.

Not sure why this happened, but if I were to ever buy another respec token, I'll keep my mounts unequipped while I do so...
