Drow Bracers

Does anyone know which quest rewards "Drow Bracers"? I tried searching and a lead pointed me out to "The Night Raid" quest in Rothe Valley. However, when I tried doing the same quest again with a lowbie guildie it gave me greaves instead.
Is this the correct quest? Or can we get these bracers on AH? Need this skin to match my Dark Armor of Lolth.
Need leads regarding this please ^^ Thanks!

    Pretty sure I have seen these in the AH for not alot of AD.

    Really! Now the next challenge is what is the name so that I can search 'em. *crossing fingers* And also for the greaves if there's any as well? ^^
