Customer Support Not Reacitng for Mails when ppl got Hacked...

C'mon My Friend Got hacked 3 days ago. Still No answer From Support.

Something Fishy is going on. They hackd on his MAIL + PW ACCOUNT. They changed his Mail and we have their IP. How we haev their IP ? becasue they forgot Delete it from BIN at Mail. He made Scan changed all paswords on mails.

But Account is lost. Now it's 4 days and STILL NO ASNWER .. so he basicly LOST ALL..


How is that possible that Customer Support is just NOT REACTING AT ALL !!!!!!!! and im not alone here . Alot ppl W8 !!!!!

    They're not "not reacting."

    They are simply have a lot of tickets to handle which results in slower response times than PWE and the players are happy with. Sadly there's just a long line of tickets which have to be answered and your friend's hasn't been reached yet. :(
