Suggestion: Add an option to display old quests

Given how easy it is to outlevel content in this game, I'd like to suggest an option to turn on the quest icons for outdated quests - currently it's a real pain to find quests in areas you've outleveled, and since many of them contain lore I think it'd be a very useful thing for people that want to collect it, whether it's for achievements or just because they're completionists.
It could be a choice under options, similar to how WoW did it - that way those that only care about their XP won't complain that they are picking up old quests and those of us that like to do those old quests can turn it on to find them more easily.
