SP Boss drops failing to be awarded after loot rolls

Our group finished spell plague caverns two times last night, and in each instance when we picked up the purple drops, loot rolls would be taken but the item was never awarded. We waited almost 10 minutes and nothing happened. At first we thought it was a fluke, but when it happened the second time we knew something buggy was at work. Fortunately it was DD hour, but I can see how this would be pretty demoralizing for people.
