I can't figure out how to do a couple things. I'm not even sure if they are possible, but maybe someone can help me.
1) I want to use a Nasher encounter, reskinned as an Orc (because I like the abilities and difficulty); however, when my character enters the room, they automatically say some Nasher script (like "Nasher's unite" or something like that). I can't figure out how to disable that...they are supposed to be orcs! Any ideas?
2) Is it possible to duplicate a quest within a campaign? When ever I duplicate the quest that's in my campaign, the duplicate is outside the campaign! I have costumes that I'd rather not have to re-create.
Answer 1: Interesting, I never noticed that. I don't think there is any way to turn that off currently. I'd make a request to add the "Turn off voice-over" checkbox for encounters. Makes me wonder how many more there are like that.
Answer 2: In the quest editor, to the left of the delete X there's a duplicate quest button. Hit that and name it whatever you want. Exit the editor and come back in and edit your campaign. Hit the Add button and you should see a list of available quests not associated with your campaign, including the duplicated map. Remember to select the appropriate backdrop screen (banner) for that quest. Click the checkbox beside the duped quest and then click the save button. You now have two of the same map in your campaign. At least until you edit one of them.
If a tree falls in a virtual forest, how big is the sound file?
Please review my "Finger of God" campaign: NWS-DPJMGYJGV
Quest #1: NW-DS24FX4BC - Cragsford
Quest #2: NW-DTPUNXUAB - Mine's Mine
Quest #3: NW-DIPZQ7CMS - Are We There Yeti?
Quest #4: NW-DSCFDT5WS - Finger of God
Thank you. I figure the sound issue had no solution, so I switched to an orc encounter, but it's great to know there is a solution to the duplicate quest problem
Update:
I tried the campaign suggestion and it works great! Thanks!
