Just getting my guardian fighter into the mid-20's and am intrigued by our heroic feat "Grit." The question I have is what sort of healing actually procs it.
Clearly if you are in a group and a devoted cleric heals you, it will proc. No brainer.
How about our self-heals? For example, the (small) self-heal we get from the "Shielded Resurgence" heroic skill? Will that self-healing proc Grit?
What about if we have a cleric companion? When our companion heals us, will that proc Grit?
I don't pay much attention to it as its such a small heal and normally eaten up quickly.
I just put 1 point into it for Wrathful Warrior Feat. so you have (2) Abilities that can proc.

Okay thanks. A bit underwhelming then, unless you are always running in groups I suppose.

actually i have noticed it proc with the shield resurgence as i typically solo with a cleric companion and it procs a few times for me and i noticed it usually does so after the shield resurgence

Not sure if this rings true anymore, as I've had shield resurgence kick in plenty of times, and never see Grit follow afterwards. Perhaps a patch went through that we aren't aware of.

Your Companion does not appear to proc it.
So far I've noticed it proc from Clerics.
