Mindflayer - 60 TR / GWF LFGuild - Very Experienced MMO player

First, about me;
As the title says, I'm a level 60 TR and and GWF (with a GF and DC in the works as well) and I'm looking for a guild on the the Mindflayer server. Both characters are around a 8300 gear score.
I'm a rather experienced MMO player having been playing MMO's since Meridian 59 and getting involved in others such as The Realm, Ultima Online, FFXI, and currently WoW (and that's ignoring the various FPS / RTS-type MMO's inbetween). As much as people like to hate on the big dog, it's still a great game and I'm a hardcore WoW raider having raided since vanilla and I'm currently in a top 20 US guild (we're actually US 13th 25-man
) while only raiding three nights a week. I'm a quick study and given my experience, I'm pretty confident I wouldn't be holding any groups back in Neverwinter.
What I'm looking for:
Semi-serious / serious guild that's focused on the level 60 content.
Mature environment; I like a good <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> joke like anyone but constant racist or immature humor and behaviour doesn't appeal to me. That also means I don't want to associate with people that act like brats in pick-up groups or generally poorly represent the guild ie. rolling need on *everything*, especially stuff they can't even equip
I also am not interested in having to fill-out some online application to your guild. I've done enough of that in WoW.
I also don't mind some sort of schedule for running content but, as I'm still actively raiding in WoW, I can't commit to anything that conflicts with my current raid schedule of Tues-Thurs 8-12pm EST.
