How to get Stalwart Bulwark's Gauntlets?

I see on the forums/wiki, that it's a drop from CloakTower?

But I've run the cloaktower 3x and nothing.

Is it only during a dungeon delve that you can get it, or do YOU have to be #1 on the DPS or something?

    DD has a better chance , u might get them in the chest or sometimes are cheap in the AH.

    go in dungeon delve time. the other loot was near enough the exact same every time in all the dungeons from bosses always go for the end chest :)
