I played my rogue to level 60 and it is all well and good but I decided to roll a cleric due to it being my second choice and there seems to be a need for them... I have a bunch of Ardent coins and Seals of The Lion/Unicorn/whatever on my rogue and I figured it would be nice to buy some Seal of the Lion gear for my cleric, however my cleric doesn't have many seals/ardent coins and my rogue can only buy rogue gear from the seal vendors... is there any way "around" this? By the time I have enough seals to afford the mid-level gear from the seal vendors I'll be far past the need for the mid-level seal vendor gear and will either need T1 pvp gear or T2 Seal of the Drake or dungeon gear... I have the seals, figure I should use them but can't find a decent way to do so.

Sadly I don't think there is - short of setting up a trade with someone that has a DC and is willing to pick up the items for you with their seals in exchange for Rogue items from you.
That is really too bad and seems really poorly thought out. So much stuff "binds" to your character that it really stifles the in-game economy. The gear on those vendors is expensive enough, AND you can't trade the currency, AND you can only buy gear for your class... so restricted!
For future alts remember that while the seals are BoP, the bounty items are not (except for the Neverdeath area ones). You can freely mail the bounty items to your alts (or lower level friends) and cash those in for seals to buy things.

Apparently I am the only person with this problem, or who thinks this is an issue.
Yes.
Seals are basically the consolation prizes for running dungeons.
If you ran a lot of dungeons yet still haven't gotten the gear you wanted, these seals can buy inferior versions of the gear.

You can use the seals you have on your rogue to buy the rogue gear from the vendor and sell that on the auction house. The astral diamonds you make from those sales should help you purchase the cleric gear you want from the auction house as well. It's not very direct and you might have to spend a bit of extra cash (I'm assuming there are more rogues than there are clerics at the moment...) but that is one way to do it.
I think its a lot more sad that by the time u have collected enuf seals to buy a decent item, u no longer require it since u found a green one better already then the top seal one. If i could have spend my seals i wouldent be running around with 100+ of some sorts..
