A mail question

the format of sending mail is a little confusing.
let say I have a char called ABC on the dragon shard
I want to send something to this char.
how does the @handle come into play?

    The @handle is EVERYTHING. Character names are meaningless, simply because mail sent to your account or @handle is available to all your characters.

    So the format would be send mail to ABC@Zultan9. Because there can be hundreds of characters named ABC but only one Zultan9

    To send mail to someone all you need is the handle. To send mail type @handle that will do it you don't need the name in front of the handle.

    I tried that to send some Items from one character to the other. It's lost in the void somewhere, didn't get the mail on my alt. Likewise the same has happened with the Zen I paid for. Not received it, contacted PW about it twice so far and had no reply at all.

    You have to transfer the zen to this game or it will not show up in the game. Under My Wallet there is a transfer zen go to that tab.

    Happened to me as well i sent an item from a different server to a friend who is on Dragon Server. Seems like you cant send items to the different servers only to the one your on. It will be floating in limbo until my friend creates a toon on that server. Or the merge all the servers to 1.

    you can give your 2nd char items your 1st char doesn't need?? Nice. So my Wizard can send my fighter all the swords, shields and armor I keep finding and selling? How cool is that?

    As long as they arnt bound, that is. :D
