character creation issue

Why is it that when I create a Control Wizard, my character in game ends up looking different than if I had created a Cleric or something else? I have tried this with mostly females, but my CW's always end up looking like they are constantly staring upwards in their portrait and when standing idle. For other class characters I create, selecting the same options looks normal in game. Does this have to do with some lore that I am unaware of or is it a glitch?

    I have dwarf and I tought it was like that because she is short
    thats why she looks up
    or maybe looking for the dracolich,but I think is a glitch
    a dracolich with a glitch,sorry have to do that
