Minor text error in Nightmare Wizardry feat tooltip

I know it's minor, but, the tooltip for Nightmare Wizardry feat tooltip says when you crit a foe you have a chance to grant Combat Advantage against it. Shouldn't it say GAIN Combat Advantage against it? The last thing you want is to grant a foe Combat Advantage.
