Does VIP queueing for Heroes of the North include dungeons and PVP?

As stated in the title. If you are a Hero of the North, do you get VIP front of the line for queues like PVP, dungeons, skirmishes, or is it just for logging in to the game?

    VIP Game Access - When loads are high, jump to the head of the queue and get priority log-in access. (account unlock)

    Says nothing about other queues so just for logging into the game.
