Can't withdraw from guild bank

one of my guildies was having problems withdrawing from guild bank, so I figured as a good guild master I would go get it for him. It wont let me withdraw anything also. I am highest rank and have unlimited access but it won't allow me. Anyone know whats up?

    There's 2 guild banks. One by your regular vault and one by Sgt. Knox. You can't remove anything from the bank from the one close to Knox, only from the one around the Emporium. I had a friend having the same friend with the guild bank a while back, because she didn't know there was 2 guild banks, but 1 of them is bugged.

    If you are already using the one by the personal bank, I have no idea then.
