Is there a Chest or Bank Vault in Protectors Enclave where you can store Items/Money for future use or to use by another Characters. Alot of other RPG Games have them. Does this one and if so what does it cost and where is it.

There is a bank, it costs nothing, and it is across from the mail guy.

Yes, go to the Manycoins Bank and walk to a teller window on either side. That's your personal bank. The guy standing outside is for accessing the guild bank.

You can't transfer gold, but materials and such can be mailed to other characters. If you mail them to your handle, e.g. @slayer40008, then all your characters can take it out of the mailbox. Mail does not seem to expire.

Yep, there's a small 16-slot bank which each character has access to, but if you need storage, the easiest thing to do is mail items to your own @handle. I believe you can have something like 100 items in the mail at one time, which is quite a bit of storage.
