turned to level 60 but Ability score still same as level 59

Yesterday i got my character to level 60, and when i applyed the new ability points it stood the same as before i turned 60, no change in the ability score from 59 to 60.

Then i did a reload, and for a brief moment the abilityscore applied as it should have. Brief because today, the ability score is again as before i turned 60.

Playing Tricster Rogue, if it might be class related ?

Guardian Fighter seems to have the same problem.
When I dinged 60 my ability scores didn't update when I pressed commit changes. than when I logged back in they were there for like 10 seconds and again missing. They are still missing and don't pop back up occasionally.
