Is Shard of Endless Avalanche bugged?

The cooldown reduction does not seem to be working? anyone else noticing this?

    Yes it is. There are a lot of issues with almost every class, including bugged skills/spells, feats, and racials. Check the CW forum for a list of CW bugs that the community has discovered so far.

    well know issue it has been reported many times, but well have you seen those nice news companions you can get for cheap zen ?

    it never stops to amaze me how you trolls comment on things that are not related to what you are posting about. keep your zen market complaints out of a bug thread.

    Every skill with more than one charge - such as Knights Valor, Ray of Enfeeblement (when slotted in mastery), Shard, Word of Healing - every skill with more than one charge is bugged, and receives NO benefit from cooldown reduction of any kind.
