Seems if you are in a group in a dungeon and someone leaves, that place is not filled, could some way of replacing leavers or DC'ers be brought in?
e.g after a boss has been killed your current system does not seem to replace anyone, but before a boss is killed it does. Its rather annoying after you spend an hour or so in one and then someone leaves, it effectively kills the group
