Foundry quest deleted instead of saved

Saved foundry quest > Made duplicate of foundry quest > Opened duplicate and checked to make sure that everything was there > Saved duplicate > Deleted original foundry quest > Re-opened duplicate foundry quest to change title of the duplicate to something different, and to my horror everything in the quest was gone. I cried a little. lol.
