Bugged Item in Inventory

I'm tried submitting a few in-game help requests over a period of a week but I've received to answer back to date.
I have a quest item that I picked up when helping a friend with a quest. I had already finished the quest prior so I had nothing to turn in at the end of that instance. The item is called "Loose Pages". I cannot discard the item no matter what I try and as inventory space is tight enough I'm hoping someone with a similar issue might have an answer for me.

    I have the EXACT same problem, and my ticket has gone unanswered. These things are sitting in my inventory on my Guardian Fighter and I cannot get rid of them. Please fix this x.x

    I've had the exact same problem, but it's been going for about three weeks. Sent in three tickets. The first two, I got that response that my ticket had been lost in the internet somewhere. The third one has been unanswered for over a week now. This is ridiculous.
