Go destroyer reaping strike feat with focused destroyer. You shouldn't be so focused on dealing single target damage as much as keeping student of the sword stacks up for your rogue though.
Where does it say it's not a single target class lol, derp derp
Rogue
A rogue is a martial class with primary role of attacker. This rogue build relies on deception to attack enemies - slipping out of shadows - to deadly effect. The Trickster's unique combination of skills sets up this Rogue build to have a secondary role of controller. It is a damage-dealing class specializing in stealth, speed, precision with a pair of two sharp blades and a store of daggers which can be thrown to distract the enemy. Rogues usually wear leather armor.
GWF
"The Great Weapon Fighter is an unstoppable force of damage and steel, skilled in using the weight of a greatsword to dispatch those that stand in the way. The epitome of strength, the Great Weapon Fighter is also resilient enough to defend allies in need."
This class relies on brute strength alone to overcome the enemies. They are warriors who sacrifice shields in favor of large two-handed weapons. While mainly being an offensive class, Great Weapon Fighters still have considerable defense by carrying scale armour.
Honestly i never see rogues slipping out of shadows and using stealth in pve. I don't see the memo of anyone being single target based.

I dumped mine at 57 and switched to GF. It is much better in my opinion and a lot more fun to play. The paragon trees are set up much better as well. You are still just as not wanted for end game content, but at least you are a lot more playable, and a lot better in pvp.
Terror - Not sure who you are hanging out with but I get requests as soon as I log in to do PvP or PvE. It's not that the class is not wanted just the player behind the GF/GWF.

Best wishes on your adventures but 'I Quit' threads generate far too much flame for their own good.
Thread closed but I hope you will come back after the class balances.
