Skirmishes

Leveling up I really enjoyed doing skirmishes. They were much shorter than dungeons, and they could reasonably be done with almost any pick up group. Now that I've been 60 a while, I do epic dungeons and spend so much downtime just waiting for a group to form, or run a dungeon and fail because someone rage quits. There are a ton of posts on the issues with the que system so I won't get too much into that, but I think expanding level 60 content to having epic skirmishes would be awesome. They could end up being the bread and butter for some casual players out there. The end reward for doing skirmishes could be on par with the loot dropped by the mini bosses in epic dungeons(one loot that the group rolls on and maybe 1 drake seal). This could instantly expand the content for a level 60, but also create opportunities for shorter gaming sessions to be rewarding.

I think this also opens the door to letting the dungeons be more for the hardcore players. The dungeons should remain challenging so that the best loot out there is difficult(not impossible) to earn. But folks that dont have 2-3 hours to spend on a dungeon (longer depending on que) have something to log in for.
