Been trying to contact support for over two weeks (what the *.. pwe)

I don't know if this is the appropriate section and i don't even know if i care if not, i'm on the verge of quitting after staying with this company for so long, basically the story is following..

2 Weeks ago i tried to contact support for confidential reasons, they say there are very busy.. okay i'll buy that..
1 Week later, ticket closed and no reply.. okay, let's try again - thing can be messy
Yet another week passes, ticket closed again and no reply.. what the flying duck!

I'm now aggravated and trying to make sure i do everything correctly even sending them another ticket per mail to be sure, now friday nearly 3 week's later.. nothing.

So explanations please, this is ludicrous.. i've been spending dollars on this publisher and passed the 1000$ mark by far and this is the response they give you? Get your **** together before more people leave.

English is not my native language so don't mind any typos i make, i'm just extremely frustrated now and I've heard numerous of people having the same issue.

    I'll pass this on to the CM's but they really can't do much, if anything.

    Our powers are limited to the forums. However since this is discussing an account related issue I have to close the thread.
    If you're still having a hard time in a few days send me a PM and I'll see what I can do.
