I want to know if doing a respec of feats will effect my gear rating.
My CW is lvl 60 with the complete set of mages gear from Trade of Blades and her gear rating was just over 8300 allowing her to do the DD's of that rating.
This morning I did a respec of her feats and now her gear rating is 8180(there abouts) meaning she can't do those DD's now.
I haven't changed any gear or anything else about her except her feats.
If anyone knows how this sytem works I'd appreciate a reply.
Its a pretty simple system really once you get you're head around it. Basically what has happened is you most likely took away a feat that gave you 2% more of a stat or something similar and this lowers youre gear score as an example my GF had a Gear Score of around 8000 and after a respec my power got doubled so my gear score now sits around 10,000.
Hopefully that helps.

ehmm that sound stupid... gear rating... (well imo shouldn't be there in the first place but that another point), should be about gear only hence the name, if what you say is true it sound more like a "stat" rating...
Ok, thanx for the fast reply and I think your right, I think I ditched a feat like the 1 said, doesn't matter now as I bought an amulet from AH that got me back up over.
Thanks again.
