Quitters Are Ruining Dungeons and Skirmishes!

Dungeons and skirmishes are one of the most fun things in the game for me, simply because I get to mindlessly kill stuff with four strangers and you get sweet loot at the end. Now when I go into one of these things, I come prepared. I get myself loaded with potions and bring at least three injury kits, then get jacked up on elixirs and I'm ready to dive right in. I enjoy teamwork and planning with other people to get the most out of a fight or dungeon delve. I even wait in the queues for up to half an hour sometimes, patiently waiting my turn to go in and have some good ol' challenging fun.

So imagine my frustration when, at the end of a dungeon or skirmish, I'm up against a final boss all by myself because the rest of my party has bailed on me when the going got tough.

I've waited forever in a queue, spent-- on occasion-- a BUNCH of coin on healing items, and all in anticipation to just play the game and enjoy it, and it ends up being wasted because some people can't take a few setbacks in challenging fights? Bad connections I can understand. Hell, even things like getting kicked off the computer or having to go take out the garbage or something so long as you give a heads up. But people are leaving the party at the slightest sign of things becoming difficult without even communicating with the rest of us, then making the entire fight harder for the rest of us. Then once someone else figures that we can't win with only four people, they bail, then the third person, and then-- oh hey, guess it's just you and me huge boss monster that's meant to be a challenging battle for a well-balanced party of five. Here I am with a dagger and some smoke pellets, but I'm sure soloing you can only be as hard as trying to knock a hole in a brick wall by bashing my face against it, which incidentally I feel like doing right about now.

Dungeons and skirmishes and meant to be challenging and, most importantly, meant to be done with a full party. There needs to be some sort of consequence for leaving during one of these since what you've essentially done is made the entire ordeal basically impossible for the other players and totally damaged the overall enjoyability of the event. Maybe multiple abandons equals being suspended from queuing up for a while depending on severity. Because if I have to abandon one more skirmish because people can't be reliable enough to see it through to the end, I'm gonna have no choice but to just give up on even doing them anymore. It's a waste of my time and gold to keep going into these things only for them to not go anywhere.

Some improvements are sorely needed for the queuing system. If someone quits right before the end boss, we're pretty much screwed, especially if it is a Cleric. We can't get someone in to replace the quitter :(

Assignment of group leadership is another issue, where it seems random who gets it. If it is assigned to a jerk, he can basically boot you out at 1% of the boss health and you're screwed. This can be fixed by implementing a vote to kick system, but we need to be able to replace the person voted out.

Another suggestion for the queuing system is to look at our ignore list. Sometimes you come across bad players (and gold spammers) and do not ever want to group with them. The queuing system should look at the ignore list, create a party for me, and drop those on the ignore list.

The queuing system also needs to check group composition. Once we had 3 TRs and 2CW ... and we just LOLed at how we are going to do this T2. It would be ideal for the queuing system to create a "balanced" group of each class. But that's another problem, some of the dungeons are not possible with a group containin each class. So that needs to be fixed too :P

The queue system is great when you can't find or make your own group but it is severely broken ATM.
    Just my 2 ADs :)

I ragequit a couple of times, not because it was too hard but because most of the group consisted of people thinking the queue was to get 4 extra bots running around.

My issue is not with the queuing, but with the lack of proper communication means. The chat is horribly slow and cumbersome, and a lot of people just don't bother with it. Which leads to dungeons where 5 people do their own thing, on their own.
