Unable to Zone into PVP zones

Previously, if I was disconnected during a pvp match, and logged back in, I would get a glitch that would cause me to be stranded in my current zone if I accepted the queue pop. Which is why so many people will find they zone into the pvp zone there might be other players still in Protectors Enclave, etc.

I found I could fix this by restarting the game.

However, as of this mornings patch after a disconnect during a pvp match, this fix no long works and I seem to be permanently unable to zone into the pvp zones.
