NPC Incessant Chatter

I consider it a major bug that the voiced-NPCs never.stop.talking. I know you want to give everyone just coming into the zone a chance to hear them speak, but to have same voices saying the same things over and over and over again every 5 seconds is beyond maddening. For the love of the gods, please dial it back a bit! Even once every 15-seconds would be a welcome relief. I have to turn my volume all the way down so the NPC chatter doesn't bother me... it's that bad... and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
