Everything in one minute cooldown

So the weirdest thing happened to me today while playing Domination. Everytime I died, all my abilities went to a 1 minute cooldown. Skills, potions, mount, everything. Has this happened before to others? Kind of made it impossible to help my team other than by just standing there.
