There's really little incentive to queue for PvP at the moment unless you bring pre set team of 5 people on voice comms. If you go random you will most likely play a pre set team with your random team and needless to say that will be zero fun. I'm not even talking about bots and people who decide to disconnect in the middle of the fight. I'm talking about team set ups. You may end with most wired and useless team compositions - no cleric, two GWF's, only 1 rouge. All this will go vs something like 1 CW, 2 TR and DC.
Why the matchmaker doesn't arrange groups of 4-5 vs groups of 4-5, groups of 3-4 vs groups of 3-4 and groups of 2-3 vs groups of 2-3. Groups of 2 can also be thrown with randoms.
Really, where's the fun in going with random mob (probably incl' a bot) only to be killed in seconds time and time again.
I agree with you, but only partially. First, you can save yourself hassle by finding a good PvP guild. Second, I don't worry too much about voice because I can type. Third, part of the fun in PvP without a set of players you know is working with what you have. Unless it's bots. Once I was in a party of bots, I let the other team win, but we had fun playing each other one on one while their score went up. No sense otherwise.

I haven't had much problems with random teams, more wins than losses. Pre-60 and epic. Only problem is bots and AFKers.
