[BUG] Foundry - object spawning without being added

I've now created a second map and this is two for two.
There is a hanging dirty-cloth (the two panel) sprite half-appearing without any call for it in the objects list.
See screenshots below:
Screenshot 1 - Foundry Layout - notice there is the map only - no added objects. Brand new map - nothing added or deleted.
Screenshot 2 - Foundry map testing - this is a quick test of the map and shows the hanging cloth that ought not be there
Same thing on another map which is why I chose to recreate. Is there a way to get rid of this 'ghosted' image?
